The flying ad hoc network (FANET) has emerged as an alternative access technology for regions that have no fixed infrastructure\nor are hard to reach. This new type of network is composed of devices called unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that communicate\nwith each other, but there is no specific routing protocol to FANETapplications that allows efficient communication between these\ndevices. This paper proposes a FANETadaptive routing protocol based on the fuzzy system. The validation of the FANETadaptive\nprotocol was performed through simulation using Network Simulator version 2 (NS-2) and, it was assessed by quality of service\n(QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) metrics....
We introduce the concepts of a bipolar fuzzy reflexive, symmetric, and transitive relation.\nWe study bipolar fuzzy analogues of many results concerning relationships between ordinary reflexive,\nsymmetric, and transitive relations. Next, we define the concepts of a bipolar fuzzy equivalence\nclass and a bipolar fuzzy partition, and we prove that the set of all bipolar fuzzy equivalence classes\nis a bipolar fuzzy partition and that the bipolar fuzzy equivalence relation is induced by a bipolar\nfuzzy partition. Finally, we define an (a, b)-level set of a bipolar fuzzy relation and investigate some\nrelationships between bipolar fuzzy relations and their (a, b)-level sets....
In this paper, the fuzzy fractional evolution equations of order q (FFEE) with fuzzy Caputo fractional derivative are introduced.\nWe study the existence and uniqueness of mild solutions for FFEE under some conditions. Also, we generalize the definition of the\nfuzzy fractional integral and derivative order q. The fuzzy Laplace transform is presented and proved. The solvability of the\nproblem (FFEE) and the properties of the fuzzy solution operator and its generator are investigated and developed....
The health index scheme can be the most fundamental tool that unifies all transformer condition status information into a singular\noutcome, thereby enhancing the power transformer asset management and life longevity strategies. This study aims at establishing\na multiple parameter-dependent transformer health index estimation model cascaded with a fuzzy logic inference system. This\nstrategy is centered on the effect of dynamic loading regime, varying hotspot temperatures and multiple attesting results of the\ninsulation system. Furthermore, a nonintrusive degree of polymerization (DP) model based on furans and carbon oxide ratios as\nDP pointers is also factored in developing the health index model. The general outcome of the health index depends on entirely\nconsidered elements, but not on any isolated attribute. Data obtained from in-service transformers were used to validate the\nproposed model. The outcome of the model mirrors the practical condition of the evaluated transformers. Therefore, the proposed\nhealth index model can be a vital tool to asset managers and power utilities....
The new concept of the fuzzy filter degree was given by means of the implication operator, which enables to measure a degree to\nwhich a fuzzy subset of a BL-algebra is a fuzzy filter. In this paper, we put forward several equivalent characterizations of the fuzzy\nfilter degree by studying its properties and the relationship with level cut sets. Furthermore, we study the fuzzy filter degrees of the\nintersection and fuzzy direct products of fuzzy subsets and investigate the fuzzy filter degrees of the image and the preimage of a\nfuzzy subset under a homomorphism....
